Storage

Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or keep in freezer for months (bars only take a few minutes to defrost)

Delivery days
Bars are sent out Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
It’s next day delivery from when we send it, you will receive a tracking email from DPD.

(if for some reason DPD don’t deliver the next day, the bars will be fine out the fridge upto a week)

We try our best to get bars out asap but in busier times it can take Upto 7-10days (but generally you will receive order within 5 days of ordering)

Collections
You will receive a notification from shopify once ready to collect

All bars contain peanut butter, oats, honey, almond milk and optimum nutrition vanilla or choc whey isolate protein powder.

Coated in different types of flavours such as milk choc, white choc, biscoff, nutella, dark choc.
